NBC suspends live audiences for ‘Today’

As talk shows across New York and other media production hubs remove studio audiences as worries over the coronavirus spread, NBC News will no longer allow audiences outside of Studio 1A or during Thursday and Friday editions of “Today with Hoda and Jenna,” the network confirmed.

Crowds will no longer be permitted to gather outside of Studio 1A until further notice and the fourth hour of the show helmed by Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager will forgo an audience as well.
