Robin Roberts, Diane Sawyer named Disney Legends

Former “GMA” and “World News Tonight” anchor Diane Sawyer and current “GMA” anchor Robin Roberts were honored with Disney Legends honors.

They, along with 10 others, were honored at a ceremony at Disney’s D23 official fan club expo in California.

This year’s class also included Disney resorts executive Wing Chao, actor Robert Downey Jr., filmmaker Jon Favreau, actor James Earl Jones, singer Bette Midler, choreographer Kenny Ortega, choreographer Barnette Ricci, actor Ming-Na Wen and composer Hans Zimmer.
