‘This Week’ EP dies suddenly

The executive producer of ABC News “This Week” died suddenly Dec. 23, 2022 in New York.

Dax Tejera was promoted to the role in 2020.

Kim Godwin, president of ABC News, announced his death and said he appeared to have died from a heart attack, though no official cause of death was immediately availble.

Tejera is survived by his wife and two young children.
