‘Washington Week’ names new host

Yamiche Alcindor has been named to permanently replace Robert Costa on “Washington Week,” a public affairs show produced by WETA and aired on PBS member stations.
Alcindor is also White House correspondent for “PBS NewsHour,” which is produced at WETA’s studios, and also contributes to NBC and MSNBC, and is expected to remain in those roles.
She was also a regular face on “Washington Week” before being named to host chair.
