Watch NBC and MSNBC’s opens for South Carolina primary coverage

NBC News and MSNBC offered coverage of the South Carolina Primary Feb. 29 and March 1, 2020.

The network continued its use of 3D “billboards” with localized imagery alongside views of Washington, including the White House.

MSNBC offered live on the ground coverage throughout the day before switching to New York once poll closing time grew near.

Its coverage included augmented reality elements.

Several MSNBC shows were temporarily relocated in order to prepare the cable network’s side of Studio 3A for S.C. and Super Tuesday coverage.

NBC’s “Meet the Press,” meanwhile, originated from Studio 6A in what the network is billing it s”Election Headquarters” ahead of Super Tuesday March 1.

Studio 6A is the former home of “Megyn Kelly Today.
