White House Correspondents’ Dinner postponed amid coronavirus outbreak
The White House Correspondents’ Association will postpone the 2020 White House Correspondents’ Dinner due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The annual gala was scheduled for April 25, 2020, but will now be moved to a yet to be determined date.
Comedian Kenan Thompson had been scheduled as the host with Hasan Minhaj providing entertainment. It’s not immediately clear if they will appear at the rescheduled event.
The WCHA had also announced that a new look would be coming to this year’s dinner through a partnership with Bob Bain Productions.
