CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin returns

As promised, CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin has returned to the network’s schedule after the election.
Back in Oct. 1, 2020, Baldwin tweeted that the network was pulling her off the air until after the election.
The move was somewhat unusual but, as Baldwin noted, the network appeared to want to make the hour more focused on politics by having Jake Tapper take over the timeslot at 3 p.m. eastern until after the election.
Baldwin started off her first show back Nov. 9, 2020 with a simple “great to be here” after the network’s trademark breaking news stinger ran — and she launched right into rolling coverage of the election results and coronavirus pandemic.
