Disney’s premium streaming service Disney+ won’t be available for Amazon Fire users.
While the new streaming service, set for a November debut, will be available via Apple, Google, Microsoft, Sony and Roku streaming platforms and devices, Amazon is notably missing from that list.
Gizmodo reports it’s not clear if, when or why talks between the two companies broke down.
However, Disney and Amazon are known for their feuds.
In the past, Amazon has made a variety of moves to restrict sales of Disney and Marvel movies on its site, including not taking pre-orders or delaying shipping.
Amazon also used similar tactics with Warner Bros. in the past.
WB parent WarnerMedia, meanwhile, is planning to launch HBO Max, its own streaming platform in 2020.
There’s no word if that service will be available on Amazon Fire.
