‘GMA3: What You Need to Know’ gets cheerful promo

After unveiling a new look and host for its afternoon “third hour” of “Good Morning America,” ABC News also introduced a colorful new promo for the show.

The spot highlights “GMA3: What You Need to Know” anchors Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes along with regular contributor Dr. Jennifer Ashton.

The overall feel of the promo is cheerful, upbeat and friendly, which is a natural extension of the bright color palette the network introduced Sept. 21, 2020.

In addition, the “framed” design also closely aligns with promos used for the main hours of “GMA” as well as the on set graphics used by both shows.
