Milwaukee forecaster issues ‘guaranteed’ winter forecast

Mark Baden, a forecaster at WISN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, offered up a tongue-in-cheek “guaranteed” winter forecast.

• His forecast predicts that: “It will snow this winter.”
• It goes on to promise “It will get cold this winter.”
• Next prediction: “There will be warm-ups.”
• Finally, “Winter will last longer than you want.”
• The graphic was complete with a snowflake, “cold” and “mild” icons.
