Sesame Street gets 50th anniversary stamp collection

The U.S. Postal Service is honoring the 50th anniversary of “Sesame Street” with a series of 16 stamps.
- The new first class stamps feature photographs of some of the most beloved “Sesame Street” characters — as well as some of the newer ones.
- The stamp art includes Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, Rosita, The Count, Oscar the Grouch, Abby Cadabby, Herry Monster, Julia, Guy Smiley, Snuffleupagus, Elmo, Telly, Grover and Zoe.
- Art Director Derry Noyes designed the stamps.
