Insiders are abuzz that Season 11 will be the last for “The Wendy Williams Show.”

After a year filled with medical and personal drama, host Wendy Williams signed off of Season 11 with the line “Iā€™m not doing this show forever, but I certainly will be back for season 11,” which raised some eyebrows.

Despite her extended absences due to health and personal issues during Season 10, the show has officially been renewed through 2021.

However, a renewal doesn’t always mean the show will air through that date ā€” it’s not unheard of for a show to stop production before an announced renewal year.

Williams is in the process of divorcing her husband and former co-executive producer ā€” which reportedly had a big effect on Williams and her health.

Williams has been open about her battle with substance abuse as well as thyroid and Graves Disease.

The show is now off for a planned hiatus, during which time “The Jerry O’Connell Show” will air in the timeslot using a similar “test” sneak peak format that “Wendy” itself used before becoming big.

Williams is an executive producer of “Jerry.”

Insiders are saying a final Season 11 would be a good way for the show to exit gracefully, especially if “Jerry” is successful, in which case it could move into her timeslot.
